George is a life-long exerciser and believes that sustaining a regular exercise regimen is essential for long-term health and happiness. George played football for nine years in high school and at Furman University and knows through his personal and professional experiences that back and leg pain can be improved through smart exercise. George is an avid golfer and loves to ski with a Black Diamond ski club. He believes that knowing the right ways to stretch and focus helps everyone improve their game. Several years ago George was introduced to ballroom dancing and this has added to his many life experiences requiring physical strength and dexterity. To be a good dancer requires balance and coordination that George practices and teaches his clients. Although George takes exercise very seriously he likes for exercise to be fun and enjoyable. Clients should look forward to their personal training session with him as a fun, stress reducing activity that helps them become more physically fit. George wants to work with men and women of all ages who need his help and encouragement to set realistic fitness goals and establish ways to accomplish them through an individualized training program created together.
